Job Description
Implementation Experience: Minimum Three implementations
Musts:
Should be CERTIFIED in SAP WM
The SAP/WM Consultant will be responsible for successful delivery of SAP/WM (Warehouse Management) module deliverables to SAP Mid-Market engagement, including Implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications
Strong SAP/WM functional knowledge of WM (version 4.6+)
Ability to apply SAP/WM knowledge to resolve configuration and technical issues
Ability to conduct WM business requirements definition sessions and apply required changes; Test plan, scenario, and script development
Should have demonstrated functional knowledge and proficiency with the SAP WM module and integration with other platforms and technologies
Strong working knowledge and configuration experience with SAP's implementation Guide (IMG) in an international environment
Experience in Implementation and support of SAP/WM solutions which naturally include design, configuration, and testing
Ability to develop solutions and complete detailed designs, data mapping and system configuration while protecting Kaar's Goals and Objectives
Experience with global IT projects and programs through all phases of the Project Life Cycle

Desired Candidate Profile
Apart from acquiring the above mentioned skills, the candidates should have extensively worked in the following areas:
Ability to participate in pursuing client sales opportunities and working on bid and proposal efforts; SAP/ Mid-Market industry experience is highly preferred
Hands-on experience in developing project deliverables using a formal/structured methodology; Process definition, analysis, design, and implementation
Medium to large client interaction and process consulting experience; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Ability to communicate effectively and deliver global solutions as part of a cross geographic and cross cultural team
Strong negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills
Should be able to succeed in an environment where roles and responsibilities are not specifically defined and hence must able to adapt and change roles based on the needs of the project
Should be able to manage delivery and quality
Ensure the integrity of the systems architecture and integration with other functions and platforms
